The room was spacious with plenty of storage space. The air conditioning was easy to use and effective. I wasn't disturbed by any noise. The television was good and easy to use for this senior citizen and tech novice. I slept well in the bed. The furnishings were of good quality. The breakfast was good but not outstanding but certainly had all the basics that one might expect. The gym was good although I would have liked it more if it had had a powermill (also known as an infinity staircase) but perhaps I'm being over fussy. It had a treadmill, spin bike, several other machines and various weights.

Upon arrival the staff were super friendly. They made my check in experience such a stress free one. Lovely girls in reception desk. They went above amd beyond to facilitate my stay. The bar man James was so pleasant and very friendly also. I have travelled quite a bit and this hotel has been one of the warmest most friendliest hotels I've had the pleasure of staying at. I definitely will recommend and give the overall stay a very big 10/10. Beautiful hotel, everything you could imagine facilitated for everything you could need.

The attentiveness of all the employees in fulfilling every request, along with the warm welcome, truly stood out. I especially want to thank Mrs. Maria for the warm greeting she gave each morning at breakfast. It’s always a pleasure to encounter such a place, and I’ve always believed that "people make the place." I will definitely return with love and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to others.

Large car park so parking not a problem - must rememner to register reg number at reception when paying for parking. Large comfortable twin room - very large single beds! Plenty of storage. Clean and tidy. Staff all pleasant with smiles and welcomes, all very happy to help. Breakfast was continental and had enough choices for all, lots of options and a good coffee too!

The room was a lot larger than expected and the bed was extremely comfortable and cosy. I had forgotten my tooth brush however after contacting the front desk via the Hilton app, staff were at the door within 5 minutes with a tooth brush set. Very friendly and easy check in with the app. Would stay again if in the area or flying out of nearby Luton airport
